The purpose of this contest is to find the face for the new Psycho Joe hit single
"Picture Perfect". If selected, you will be included on all PROMO related to the project,
including flyers, CD covers, banners, posters, internet PROMO, etc...
If you think you are "Ms. Picture Perfect", submit a full body shot and head shot
Finalist selected will go to voters round, where the people will than vote
and decide who is "Ms. Picture Perfect!".
